1/8 Marathon

1/8 Marathon

The family-friendly 5.7 km distance for young and old

The 1/8 marathon is our family route suitable for baby carriages, which can be run or hiked. Bring your family and explore the famous red wine village of Deutschkreutz and its impressive wineries, enjoy excellent wines and regional delicacies and experience a varied children's and entertainment program with your children in the start/finish area.

There is certainly no chance of boredom on this run! Families with children, runners of all ages, sports enthusiasts and even the less sporty get their money's worth here. As the race doesn't start until 12:00 noon, you can enjoy the rousing moderation and euphoric atmosphere of the participants before the starting signal or take part in the varied children's program with your children.

Start the run in a good mood and explore the wineries along the route as you make your way through the village and the neighboring vineyards. Not only great wines and culinary delights await you, but you will also be impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the winegrowers. The route runs along paved paths throughout and can also be easily covered with a baby carriage. And after crossing the finish line, there is a program and after-run party in the start/finish area. An event that will delight your whole family!
